Ingredients

Cooking Instructions: Thaw in Refridgerator before Cooking.
Cook until an internal temperature of 160¡F (71¡C) has been reached. To keep in juices, do not pierce sausages. Use tongs to turn. Do not cook over high heat. Individual ovens vary. These are guidelines only. Not recommended for microwave preparation.

  • Barbecue (for best results): Brush grill with vegetable oil. Use lidded barbecue. Preheat barbecue to MEDIUM. Cook for 10 – 15 minutes turning frequently.
  • Pan-Fry: Cook at LOW heat for 20 – 25 minutes turning frequently.
  • Boiling: Place sausages in frying pan. Add about 2 cups (500 ml) water. Boil sausages on MEDIUM to MEDIUM HIGH heat for 15 minutes. Drain water. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in pan. Finish frying sausages in oil for 2 – 3 minutes.
  • Oven: Preheat oven to 425¡F (220¡C). Place sausages in a single layer on a roasting pan. Cook for for 20 – 25 minutes or until done.
  • Clamshell Electric Oven: Cook on a pre-heated electric grill set at MEDIUM for 14 – 16 minutes, turning frequently.
