Italian Style Veal Cutlettes

Ingredients:
Veal, Water, Toasted Wheat Crumbs, Salt,
Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder,
Sunflower Oil, Spices.
Breading:
Toasted Wheat Crumbs, Salt, Spices, Vegetable Oil,
Romano Cheese, Garlic Powder, Onion powder.
Batter:
Water, Cornstarch, Modified Cornstarch,
Yellow Corn Flour, Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Guar Gum,
Salt, Spices.
Contains: Wheat, Soy, Milk

Cooking Instructions: Cook from Frozen.
Cook until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) has been reached.
Do not cook over high heat. Individual ovens vary.

Not recommended for microwave preparation as breading will not become crisp.
- Pan Fry (for best results): In a frying pan, heat 2 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
over MEDIUM-HIGH heat. Cook cutlettes for 5-6 minutes per side. Drain on
paper towel before serving. - Barbecue: Preheat barbecue to MEDIUM-HIGH. Brush grill bars lightly with
vegetable oil and grill cutlettes for 12-14 minutes, turning frequently. - Oven: Preheat oven to 375° (190°C). Place cutlettes on a baking sheet. Bake
for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time.

Wash work surfaces, utensils, and hands with soap and water after touching raw meat and poultry.
Cook thoroughly.
