Ingredients: Veal

Cooking Instructions: Cook from Frozen.
Cook until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) has been reached. Do not cook over
high heat. Individual ovens vary. These are guidelines only. Not recommended for
microwave preparation.

  • Barbecue (for best results): Brush grill with vegetable oil. Preheat barbecue to
  • Medium. Cook for 5 – 6 minutes per side or until done.
  • Pan-Fry: Cook at MEDIUM heat for 6 – 7 minutes per side or until done.
  • Broil: Cook for for 4 – 5 minutes per side or until done.

Handling Instructions

 

  • For your protection, ensure that raw meat and poultry products are handled and cooked properly.
  • Keep this product frozen until ready to prepare.
  • Keep raw foods separate from other foods.
  • Wash work surfaces, utensils, and hands with soap and water after touching raw meat and poultry.
  • Cook thoroughly.
  • Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
